Building on the golden legacy of iPURSE 2024 and the dynamic momentum of iPURSE 2025, the International Peradeniya University Research Sessions, iPURSE 2026 will mark a new chapter in advancing global research excellence.

Keynote Speakers
Associate Dean for Global Health & Professor, University of Illinois Chicago
An internationally recognized global health scholar, his work focuses on health equity, social determinants of health, minority health, and community-engaged research. He has led initiatives across more than 20 countries and authored over 80 scholarly publications.
Associate Professor, University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC)
Directs the Sensorimotor Control Laboratory and serves as Site Director of the NSF IUCRC BRAIN Center. His research focuses on brain–computer interfaces, rehabilitation robotics, exoskeletons, and neuroengineering, recognized with the NSF CAREER Award.
Vice Dean (Coms) at School of Computing, National University of Singapore (NUS)
Leads the "Augmented Human Lab" and is a Senior Member and Distinguished Speaker of ACM. His honors include the TR35 Young Innovator Award (MIT Tech Review), Sri Lanka's TOYP, an INK Fellowship, and the University of Auckland's Research Excellence Medal.
